These terms apply to the TimeToTest website and mobile app. By using TimeToTest, you agree to use it responsibly and in line with these terms.
What TimeToTest is
TimeToTest is a free, anonymous STI partner notification service with supporting website information, care guides, clinic finding, and feedback tools. TimeToTest CIC is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales.
Information only
TimeToTest provides general sexual health information and links to public clinic directories. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, does not assess personal conditions, and does not replace a clinician, pharmacist, emergency service, or sexual health clinic.
Anonymous notifications
The mobile app is intended to help people notify partners that testing may be useful without naming the sender. The service must not be used to harass, threaten, spam, impersonate someone, send knowingly false information, or contact people where doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.
Clinic finder and care guides
The website clinic finder uses a small local clinic dataset and public geocoding services. Clinic details, opening hours, phone numbers, and walk-in availability can change. The official directory links are provided so details can be checked directly with local services.
Feedback and external links
The feedback page opens your email app with a pre-filled message to hello@timetotest.app. External sites, including public clinic directories, app stores, payment providers, and Ko-fi, are controlled by their own operators and terms.
Availability and changes
TimeToTest may change, pause, or remove website features, app features, content, or third-party integrations when needed for safety, maintenance, legal compliance, or service improvement.
Liability
TimeToTest is provided with care, but no website or app can guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
